Quick Leucadia Tow Service provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, car lockout service, jump start service, battery replacement, accident recovery, flat tire change, motorcycle towing, long distance towing, winch out service, and heavy duty towing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Service availability may vary based on location, vehicle type, and conditions at the time of the call.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is provided as an estimate at the time of your call and is based on the information you give us about your vehicle, location, and required service. Final pricing may vary if conditions at the scene differ from what was described. You will be informed of any changes before we proceed with service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash and major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Scheduling and Availability
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. While we make every effort to respond promptly, estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, high call volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, your vehicle, and the nature of your situation when you call. You must have legal authority over the vehicle being towed or have written permission from the owner. You agree to remain accessible by phone while waiting for our driver. You must ensure the area is safe for our driver to work in, to the extent that this is within your control. Quick Leucadia Tow Service is not responsible for any additional damage that results from pre-existing conditions, unsafe environments, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
6. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Our drivers perform a visual inspection of your vehicle before loading or towing it and note any pre-existing damage. By accepting our services, you acknowledge that any damage noted prior to towing is not our responsibility. If you believe damage occurred during towing, you must report it to us before the driver leaves the scene. Claims submitted after the driver has departed cannot be verified and may not be accepted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Quick Leucadia Tow Service carries commercial liability and property damage insurance as required by California law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use of your vehicle, lost income, or any other losses that result from delays, damage, or failure to deliver services as described.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel a service request at any time before our driver arrives at your location at no charge. If you cancel after our driver has arrived and begun preparing to tow your vehicle, we reserve the right to charge a trip or dispatch fee to cover the cost of sending a driver to your location. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation fee at the time of your call.

The content on this website, including text, images, and other materials, is provided for informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our website content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
